Healthy Ways To Eat Chicken

We understand that Chicken can get pretty boring to cook, especially for us body builders that eat it for nearly every meal, every day, for weeks, and months. Well, here is how you don’t get tired of eating the same thing. Simply add other ingredients to the mix! It’s an easy fix to making your chicken much more flavor full. What I like to add to my chicken is green, and red bell peppers. Which only contains 6 carbs! So, for those whom are carb watchers this is the money vegetable right here. Bell Peppers also contain a plethora of vitamins healthy for building a healthy strong body.

Vitamin A 8% Vitamin C 159%
Calcium 1% Iron 2%

Vitamin D 0% Vitamin B-6 15%
Vitamin B-12 0% Magnesium 3%

The main key here is not getting lazy, after work nobody wants to cook believe me, but it’s our duty to do so. It’s our duty to stay healthy. If this is a problem for you, then cook your meals on a Saturday or Sunday, So that you have the meals ready to go for the whole week. All you will have to do is heat them up, if that’s what you like.
